 Kintsugi Care is our comprehensive mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals heal, rebuild, and thrive. We provide personalized mental health evaluations, medication management, Substance Use Disorder treatment including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), ketamine therapy, brain mapping, and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Our care is grounded in evidence-based medicine and delivered with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. Services are available both in person at our Henderson clinic and through secure virtual visits, making high-quality mental health care accessible and flexible for your needs. 

 SIREN Center provides specialized, trauma-informed medical and mental health care for individuals impacted by choking and strangulation. The Center offers comprehensive medical evaluations, brain injury screening, psychiatric assessment, counseling, medication management, and coordinated referrals—delivered with a focus on safety, dignity, and healing. SIREN Center also supports documentation and education to improve outcomes for survivors and strengthen community response.
